Director of Adoption

Provide adoption services and clinical support to children and families in the adoption process.  Responsibilities include: completing home studies and child profiles, counseling families, conducting child-specific recruitment, attending court hearings, gathering documentation, providing and interfacing with attorneys and social workers.

• BSW or related human services degree
• Prior child welfare experience
• Able to obtain appropriate child abuse clearance and criminal record check
• Competent and caring
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexible
• Highly motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured automobile
