The Bulgaria program is currently on hold.  There has been a delay in the Bulgarian government referring children from Bulgaria for intercountry adoption, and no time frames have been provided for when they will resume. 

We will continue to advocate for our families currently in process, but will not accept new applications until referrals are issued to American families.
