Welcome to the Children's Choice Adoption and Permanency Network (CCAN)
The primary goal of CCAN is to establish permanency for children whom enter the adoption system. The purpose of this website is to facilitate the collaboration of Children's Choice with county and affiliate agencies for the management and performance of all referrals, services and information related to adoptions in the Children's Choice region.
