About this position...
ICPC Caseworker
Maintain a caseload of children, birth parents, and resource families. Meet with each child and family on a regular basis to ensure compliance with state and contract regulations, and provide support in meeting case planning goals. Analyze client needs and develop appropriate interventions.
Initiate permanency planning for child, and ensure timely scheduling and completion of medical, dental, and therapy appointments. Attend court hearings and service planning meetings, and assist Program Coordinator in completing resource home evaluations.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field.
- Experience working with children and families in a social services context.
- Possess a valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
